Sauna is a key part of Finnish culture. There are over 3 million saunas in Finland- an average of one per household. There are lots of myths and questions in regards to sauna customs. Does frequent sauna use have health benefits? Do we really beat ourselves with birch leaves in a sauna? And most importantly of all, how many physics students can fit in a sauna?
